Mette Johansson
Mette Johansson (MBA) worked in leadership roles across Asia and Europe for Multinational Corporations for over 15 years before founding MetaMind Pte Ltd. She speaks, trains, facilitates, coaches and consults in her core areas of expertise: Authentic, Inclusive, and Inspirational Leadership.
Mette spends her spare time running Key Note – Women Speakers’ directory, a non-profit organisation on a mission to bring more diversity to speaking stages.
Mette is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
Mette is the author of various Amazon bestsellers; "Narratives: The Stories That Hold Women Back at Work", "How to Make Yourself Promotable", "7 Skills to Help You Climb the Career Ladder", "MyVoice", as well as the co-author and ideator of “Unleash Your Voice", "Powerful Public Speaking for Every Woman” and ideator of "Redefining the Rules".
Mette is a 2021 and 2022 recipient of the AmCham HERo award, the Asia Women Icon Award, Golden Door – REX Karmaveer Medal, and Insight Magazine’s “50 Most Promising Women in Business” award. MetaMind in addition won various awards with HRMAsia and APAC Insider. She has been featured in a range of media – both representing her business, as well as in her capacity as the founder of KeyNote – incl. Singapore’s flagship paper The Straits Times, the Empirics Asia, BFM, Money FM 89.3 and Harper’s Bazaar.
Having lived, studied and worked in 12 countries, Mette is a global citizen who fluently speaks four languages and now calls Dubai home.
