What will you learn

Based on MetaMind’s founder Mette Johansson’s upcoming book, we tailor leadership programmes on authenticity and authentic leadership. In fact, many of our programmes are rooted in authenticity and authentic leadership, because we know that authenticity is one of the best tools in your leadership toolbox.

In today's world, where the rules change overnight, we cannot lead by the playbook. We need a different set of principles. 

Our personal, core values. 

When we define our own leadership principles, whether based on "care", "empowerment", "professionalism" or others, we have a compass that will guide us to take the right decisions regardless of the storm and choppy waters in which we find ourselves time upon time again. When we live our authentic values, we will inspire others with similar value systems to follow us on our mission. 

 

When senior leaders lead based on their core values, as well as the corporate ones, they set the tone for everyone in the organisation to dare to live with personal integrity and intention. Organisations become inclusive, and the right basis is set for innovation.
