Alison Ong
Alison is passionate about enabling people to fulfil their potential – in their personal lives, work lives and leadership. With over 10 years of corporate experience, Alison has experience in roles across the public and private sectors covering strategy and planning, Human Resources as well as management consulting.
Alison has been volunteering for over 10 years with a US-based international not-for-profit organisation in a leadership, speaking, training and facilitation role to over 400 women.
With more than 10 years of corporate experience, Alison began her career with the Singaporean government in a planning role that spearheaded corporate and strategic planning for an industry sector.
She also led a team to develop and execute Human Resource policies spanning compensation & benefits, performance management, talent attraction and manpower planning for the organisation.
Alison’s private sector experience includes a management consulting role within the business advisory arm of one of the Big Four accounting firms. Alison graduated from Cornell University, New York with a distinction.
